These spider web Oreo brownie bites combine a fudgy brownie base with a crunchy Oreo center and a delicate white chocolate spider web design, making them a quick, festive, and crowd-pleasing Halloween treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box of brownie mix (e.g., Ghirardelli or Betty Crocker)
  • Ingredients called for on the brownie mix box (usually eggs, water, and oil)
  • 24 whole Oreo cookies (regular or double-stuffed)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • Optional: 1 tsp coconut oil (to thin white chocolate for easier piping)
  • Non-stick spray or parchment paper for muffin tin
  • Optional: black food coloring (to tint white chocolate for spooky effect)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease muffin tin or line with parchment paper cups.
  2. Prepare brownie batter according to box instructions, mixing eggs, water, and oil until smooth.
  3. Fill each muffin cup halfway (about 2 tablespoons or 30 grams) with brownie batter.
  4. Press one Oreo cookie gently into the center of each muffin cup on top of the batter.
  5. Top each Oreo with more brownie batter until muffin cups are about 3/4 full, smoothing the top.
  6. Bake for 18-22 minutes until edges are set and centers slightly soft; test with toothpick near edges.
  7. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Melt white chocolate in microwave or double boiler in 20-30 second bursts, stirring often; add coconut oil if needed.
  9. Fill a piping bag or zip-top bag with melted white chocolate and snip a tiny corner.
  10. Pipe concentric circles over each brownie bite starting from center outward.
  11. Use a toothpick or skewer to drag lines from center to edges to create spider web effect.
  12. Let white chocolate set at room temperature for 15 minutes or refrigerate for 5 minutes.

Notes

Do not overbake to keep Oreos crunchy inside. Cool brownies completely before piping white chocolate to prevent melting. Use quality white chocolate for smooth webs. If white chocolate hardens while piping, warm bag briefly. Press Oreos gently to avoid sinking. Use parchment paper cups for easy removal.
