These easy gummy bear popsicles are a fun, colorful, and refreshing treat perfect for kids and families. Made with simple ingredients like gummy bears and fruit juice, they are quick to prepare and customizable for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (150g) gummy bears
  • 2 cups (16 fl oz / 480 ml) fruit juice (orange, apple, grape, or tropical blend)
  • 1/2 cup (4 fl oz / 120 ml) water
  • 1 tablespoon (0.5 fl oz / 15 ml) lemon juice (optional)
  • 12 teaspoons honey or agave syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of your chosen fruit juice with 1/2 cup water. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1-2 teaspoons honey or agave syrup if using. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Place 4-5 gummy bears at the bottom of each popsicle mold cavity.
  3. Pour the juice mixture gently over the gummy bears, filling each mold to about 3/4 full, leaving space for expansion.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds, ensuring they stand upright. If molds don’t have sticks, cover with foil and poke sticks through the foil.
  5. Freeze the molds for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
  6. To unmold, briefly run warm water over the outside of the mold for 10-15 seconds and gently pull the sticks to remove the popsicles.

Notes

Use smaller or softer gummy bears for best results. Diluting juice with water helps achieve a smoother freezing texture. Freeze on a flat surface and do not try to unmold before 4 hours. You can customize with different juices or sugar-free/vegan gummy bears. Running warm water over molds helps release popsicles easily.
