A quick and easy frozen yogurt bark snack with mixed berries, honey, and optional nuts or granola. Perfect for a refreshing, guilt-free summer treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (475 ml) Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey (or maple syrup/agave nectar)
  • 1 ½ cups (225 g) mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries; fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup (50 g) chopped nuts or granola (optional; walnuts, almonds, or granola)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet (about 9×13 inches / 23×33 cm) with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well blended.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly into a thin, rectangular layer about ¼ inch (6 mm) thick.
  4. Sprinkle mixed berries evenly over the yogurt, pressing them lightly into the surface. Add chopped nuts or granola and lemon zest if using.
  5. Freeze the baking sheet for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight, until the bark is firm.
  6. Lift the parchment paper or silicone mat and break the bark into bite-sized pieces. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes if too hard.
  7. Store the frozen yogurt berry bark bites in an airtight container or freezer-safe bag in the freezer.
