A perfectly portioned charcuterie board for two, featuring creamy brie, sharp cheddar, salty prosciutto, sweet honey, and crisp apples. It’s an easy, no-cook date night meal that feels special without the stress.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 46 oz Brie cheese
  • 34 oz Aged cheddar cheese
  • 46 slices Prosciutto
  • 46 slices Genoa salami
  • Honey (for drizzling)
  • 1 Apple (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith), sliced
  • 46 Dried figs
  • 1/4 cup Candied pecans
  • 810 Crackers per person (mix of water crackers, buttery rounds, seeded crisps)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Take brie out of fridge 20 minutes before starting. Wash and slice apple into thin wedges (8-10 slices). Cut dried figs in half lengthwise. Unwrap cheeses and place on board first.
  2. Arrange the cheeses: Place brie on one side of board, slightly off-center. Put aged cheddar wedge on opposite side, leaving space between them.
  3. Add the meats: Fold prosciutto slices into loose ribbons and place near brie. Roll salami slices into small cylinders and tuck next to cheddar.
  4. Fill in with fruits and nuts: Scatter apple slices around board, alternating with dried figs. Add small piles of candied pecans in gaps.
  5. Add the crackers: Arrange crackers in small groups around board, fanning them out in stacks or rows.
  6. Drizzle the honey: Using a spoon, drizzle honey over brie and a few apple slices. Just a thin, artistic stream.
  7. Garnish and serve: Tuck fresh rosemary sprigs around board. Serve immediately with small plates and cheese knives.

Notes

Let cheese sit at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving for best flavor. Drizzle honey last to prevent soggy crackers. For apple slices, toss in lemon juice to prevent browning. Leftovers keep 2-3 days in fridge; store cheese in wax paper, not plastic wrap.
