Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9 to 12-inch round pizza pan or rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. Using an electric mixer, beat softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
