  • ¼ cup honey (85 g)
  • 3 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  2. Toss wings in a large bowl with baking powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place a wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet and arrange wings in a single layer, skin side up.
  4. Bake wings for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  5. While wings bake, combine honey, sriracha, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and vegetable oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Stir occasionally until the mixture bubbles gently and thickens slightly, about 5 minutes. Watch carefully to avoid burning.
  7. Transfer baked wings to a large bowl and pour warm glaze over them. Toss gently to coat evenly.
  8. Return glazed wings to the wire rack and bake for another 5-7 minutes at 425°F (220°C) to caramelize the glaze.
  9. Let wings rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the glaze to set.
