  • Β½ cup chicken broth, low sodium preferred
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice, fresh squeezed
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or place a wire rack on top.
  2. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. Toss wings in olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread them out in a single layer on the rack or baking sheet.
  3. Bake the wings for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and skin is crisp.
  4. While wings bake, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sautΓ© for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add chopped spinach in batches, stirring until wilted. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
