  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (100g) shredded white cheddar cheese (sharp white cheddar recommended)
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) buffalo wing sauce (Frank’s RedHot recommended)
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the buffalo wing sauce to the cream cheese mixture and mix well until evenly combined.
  4. Fold in the shredded chicken and white cheddar cheese gently but thoroughly.
  5. Transfer the mixture to an 8×8-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until the edges bubble and the top is lightly golden.
  7. Optional: Broil for 1-2 minutes for an extra golden crust, watching closely to prevent burning.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool slightly to thicken.
  9. Serve warm with chips, celery sticks, or crackers.

Notes

Softening the cream cheese before mixing is essential to avoid lumps. Shred your own white cheddar for better melting and texture. Adjust buffalo sauce quantity to control heat level.
